Every AI tool helps advisers write things down. Ours helps them prove it.
AdviserHub turns client meetings into evidence-backed, adviser-warranted compliance documents — gated by COBS 9.2 sufficiency and keyable into Intelliflo Office, field for field.
Built for UK financial advice firms.
Advice isn't the bottleneck. Proving it is.
An adviser finishes a fifty-minute review. What happens to the next ninety? Notes, re-listening, keying, follow-up emails — and a record that has to stand up to a file review months from now. The record fails in three places.
- Said, never recorded
- Facts surface in conversation — a pension detail, a health change, “retire at sixty-two, maybe sixty-three” — and never reach the file. The obligation to obtain them was met in the room and lost by the write-up.
- Recorded, never traceable
- A wrong value in the back office looks identical to a right one. Months later a file review asks where a number came from, and there is no answer on file — only the number.
- Rolled forward, gone stale
- Fact finds carried year to year while the client's life moves on. Under Consumer Duty, that is no longer a survivable habit.
The new wave of AI tools attacks the first problem — and quietly makes the second one worse. Transcribe, extract, push to the CRM: faster, yes. But a wrong value pushed automatically looks exactly like a right one. These tools don't remove the adviser's liability for what enters the record. They remove the adviser's ability to discharge it.
Meeting in. Warranted record out.
The difference you can see isn't speed — every tool in this market claims speed. It's the warrant trail: what was said, what was checked, and who stands behind it.
The meeting
Record or upload. AdviserHub extracts against Intelliflo Office's own field model — verbatim, enumerated values, not a loose internal schema — so what comes out is keyable, not just readable.
The warranted review
Nothing is trusted by default. Every value carries a verbatim quote from the transcript as its evidence. A value the model inferred rather than heard is flagged as inferred — structurally — and only your adviser's action can mark anything verified. Checking a value is designed to be faster than blindly confirming it.
The document
A fact find whose sections mirror iO's client-details screens, in iO's order, so your team keys it top to bottom with zero interpretation. The evidence trail stays attached: months later, a file review can see every value, its quote, who warranted it, and when.

The meeting may not have said this. Keeping it requires a basis.
Suitability is a gate, not a poster.
No necessary information — no recommendation.
AdviserHub runs that obligation as code — eleven criteria derived from COBS 9.2, each with its citation, each testing sufficiency over a set of fields. A fact find that falls short is told so, criterion by criterion, with the specific gap named.
From the sufficiency rubric — 4 of 11 criteria
- OBJ-1COBS 9.2.2R(2)Investment objectives, purposes and time horizonAn objective without a time horizon fails the test.
- OBJ-3COBS 9.2.2R(1)(b)Capacity for lossNever satisfied by extraction — judgement cannot be extracted. This one always waits for the adviser.
- KE-1COBS 9.2.3RKnowledge and experienceTested over a set of fields, never single-field presence.
- VUL-1FG21-1 / Consumer DutyVulnerability assessmentDistinguishes “client said none” from “nobody asked”.
The same machinery keeps the back book honest: at every annual review, values arrive as changed, new, or confirmed-unchanged — each state demanding its own confirmation, with deletion on machine inference alone made impossible. Designed so your fact finds stay actually current, with evidence, at review pace — the continuous-improvement posture Consumer Duty rewards.

See it in your own numbers first
Estimate your documentation cost
Your workflows, your volumes, your hourly costs — every assumption visible and editable, so you can disagree with our numbers and still get a result: what documentation costs your firm today, and what the recovered hours are worth at your own rates.
Fifteen minutes. One deliberately messy meeting.
We run a joint review through the system and you watch it refuse to trust itself — then show you the audit trail a file review can't argue with.
